132 metro cars were built for Phase 1 (Line 1 and Line 4) of Shenzhen subway in 2003. With type A aluminum alloy broad-body, the train-set have advantage of smooth running, longer lifetime and less maintenance. This is a cooperation result with Bombardier.
The car features modular design, VVVF control system, broad-body, automatic driver system, automatic public address, electric plug sliding doors and digit communication and controlled system.
