1. This machine is suitable for machining surface of roll or shaftparts roughly and finely..
2. The machine has universal and CNC type. There are flat and hole typerolling machine for universal model while rolls' diameter is more than650mm, standard and forceful type for CNC model.
3.The bed of the machine is of integrated three or four-guideway in onestructure or separate four guideway, and carriages guideway uses steel inserted ones to prolong using period.
4.Main drive is driven by A.C servo motor for CNC DES-RT40,RT80 model
and D.C motor for CNC DES-RT100,RT200 through two step mechanism to reach speeds range for spindle.
Main drive is driven by A.C motor through 16 steps mechanism to reach speeds range of spindle for universal type
5. Spindle of headstock is through structure and supported by high-precise double-row short cylindrical rolling bearings with adjustable radial clearance and has best supporting diameter and span because of optimized design, and center is of short taper shank with flange structure so as to improve its swiveling accuracy and static, dynamic rigid.
6. Feed system for CNC type is driven by A.C servo motor, and ball screw is adopted in transversal direction, longitudinal by ballscrew while length of workpiece is less than 5000mm, imported gear face hardened processed, gear with allowance eliminating-imported hardened ground gear rack for transmmission, adopted while length of workpiece is more than 5000mm.Feed for universal type is driven by separate motor through 16 steps mechanism to reach feed range of carriage.
7.CNC system adopts SIEMENS' or FANUC . Other CNC systems can also be selected by customers' requirements.
8.According to customers' demands, the followings can be provided like two carriages , grinding and milling head as well as closed-loop control devices.
