· Outer fabric: 58% meta-aramid, 40% para-aramid, 2% anti-static fiber. Rip-stop (equivalent to Nomex Delta T), 215g/m²

· Moisture Barrier: 50%Nomex/50% FR Viscose coated PTFE membrane.

· Thermal Barrier: Carbon felt laminate with 50% Nomex/50% FR Viscose comfortable cloth.

Coat:

 

Style: Long sleeve long coat, collar and throat protection and central zipper covered with storm flap.

 

Out looking:

1.      Closer design system: Centralized zipper with Velcro fastener to cover closely, storm flap width is more than 4 inch and the length is no less than 25 inch.

2.      Pockets:

a)        two patched pockets in front of bottom of coat, open up-ward, length and width is more than 9”X8”, flap cover on opening with Velcro fastener, and four corner is bar tacked as reinforcement stress point, 2 drainages on bottom.

b)        one radio (transceiver pocket) pocket on the left of breast coat, dimensional size: 7.5”(high)X3.5”(wide)X2”(thickness). Drainage on bottom corner, toward up opening covered with flap and sewed with Velcro length more than 60mm from bottom for adjustment purpose.

3.      One concealed paper pockets under storm flap.

a)        One left inside pocket, opening 170mm±3%

4.      Collar: Same materials as coat and the collar can turn up and down. When collar turn up, Velcro on the throat protection can adjust the size. Hang loop in central coat with reinforcement bar-tacked sticking.

5.      Wristband: Wristlet is fire-resistant material and fire-resistant elastic band and design in thumb hole in order to guarantee full wrists cover when arms raised over his hand.

6.      Armpit at underarm: When arms rise up, the wrists will not fall down.

7.      Bar-tacked stitches: Throat strap, collar protection, pocket, rack hoop are all stress point as reinforcement.

8.      Total coat length: From collar to bottom coat, above 79cm and bellow 93 cm.

9.      Reflective tape: Two row width tapes hammed on front /back chest and on bottom of coat, one row on sleeves.

Pant:

 

 Out looking            

1.      Suspender: Adjustable and Elastic waist over trouser (or fasten Velcro tape) with two cross stretch suspenders including adjustment accessories.

2.      Centralized zipper in front pant and cover with storm flap with Velcro as protection

3.      Pockets:

a)        Two bellow pockets on the out-trouser with Velcro fastener and drainages on bottom at size of 18cmX17cmX3.5cm with cover flap.

b)        One inside pocket on the inner of the trousers.

4.      Knees: same outer fabric of the trousers applied on knees as reinforcement.

5.      Waterproof material applied in bottom of inner lining to against water penetration from down to top is a fire-resistant material.

6. Reflective tape: Single row width hammed around bottom of pant.

7. Zipper leg with reflective tape for Immovable outer shell design only.
